FRAIMOUS™ is a brand of Designy LLC, a Texas company founded in 2017. The FRAIMOUS brand launched in 2025. All sales on fraimous.com are made by Designy LLC, the seller of record. FRAIMOUS™ is a trademark of Designy LLC.

Fulfillment and Payments

Products are made to order and shipped by our production partner, Printful, on behalf of Designy LLC. Printful is not the seller and is not a party to your purchase. Order details needed for fulfillment (name, shipping address, items) are shared with Printful. Payments are processed by Stripe; Designy LLC does not store full card numbers. Printful and Stripe are independent companies and do not endorse FRAIMOUS; their names are used only to identify the services they provide.

AI-Assisted Art Disclosure

FRAIMOUS artworks are AI-assisted: created with generative AI tools and then selected, directed, edited, composed, and finished by our human design team. Artworks are not hand-painted and are not photographs of real events or people. Each print is produced on demand, and similar AI-generated imagery may exist elsewhere.

Copyright and Trademark

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, scrape, or use our content or marks for AI training without written permission. Purchasing a print transfers ownership of that physical item only, not any copyright or reproduction rights.

ANY LIKENESS Policy (Right of Publicity)

Designy LLC and FRAIMOUS do not knowingly use any real person's name, nickname, image, photograph, portrait, face, body, voice, signature, persona, or other likeness or identifying characteristic — including any AI-generated, synthetic, digital replica, deepfake, lookalike, or soundalike depiction (including AI-generated faces or voices) — on any product, print, mockup, advertisement, website, social media account, affiliate creative, or print-on-demand item without that person's (or, where applicable, their estate's, or, for a minor, a parent's or legal guardian's) written consent. Any resemblance in AI-assisted artwork to any real person, living or dead, is unintentional and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. No person, artist, celebrity, influencer, or brand endorses or sponsors FRAIMOUS unless we state so with their written permission.

We do not accept custom orders or uploads depicting an identifiable person (including celebrities, public figures, and private individuals) or third-party trademarks or artwork unless the customer provides written consent from that person (or parent/guardian or estate) and the rights holder. We may refuse, cancel, and refund any such order in our discretion, and we do not send unverified submissions to our fulfillment partner.

If you believe your likeness, or that of someone you represent, appears in our content, contact hello@fraimous.com. Include your name, the item or URL, and the basis of your claim. Where appropriate we will remove content and pause sales while we review.

Customers who submit images or requests warrant that they hold all necessary rights and consents and agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless Designy LLC, its members, and its fulfillment and payment partners against claims arising from their submissions.

IP Complaints / Takedown

To report suspected infringement, send notice to hello@fraimous.com or Designy LLC, 4020 Rawlins St #102, Dallas, TX 75219, including: (1) your contact information; (2) the work or right concerned; (3) the URL of the material; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
