Effective October 31, 2026. FRAIMOUS™ is a brand of Designy LLC, a Texas company founded in 2017. The FRAIMOUS brand launched in 2025. Designy LLC (“we”) operates fraimous.com.

What we collect

Order information (name, email, shipping address, items, order history); email addresses you give us for notifications or our list; messages you send us; and basic technical and usage data (device, browser, pages viewed, referring link and campaign tags such as UTM parameters).

How we use it

To fulfill and support orders, send notifications you request, handle returns (see our Returns Q&A), prevent fraud, understand site performance and marketing results, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Printful, our production partner, receives the order details needed to print and ship (name, shipping address, items). Stripe processes payments; we do not store full card numbers. Charges appear as “FRAIMOUS” on your statement. Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly analytics. We may share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information for money.

Advertising and tracking

If we use advertising tags (for example the Pinterest tag or Meta Pixel / Conversions API), they share information about your visit and actions on our site with those platforms to measure and personalize ads. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your Pinterest personalization settings, your Meta ad settings, the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info, and your browser or device settings. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not target ads to people under 18.

AI-assisted art

Our artworks are AI-assisted. We do not use your personal information or uploads to train AI models. See our Any Likeness Policy.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any email. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting hello@fraimous.com; depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we will respond as required by law.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
